Important Policies

When planning your event at our facility, whether it's a corporate function, special celebration, or extended dorm stay, it's important to be aware of our specific rental policies to ensure your event runs smoothly and complies with all regulations.

Alcohol Policy

Any event at our venue that includes the serving of alcohol must obtain a permit from the State of Alaska. It is the responsibility of the event organizer to secure this permit ahead of the event. Be sure to check the State of Alaska Alcohol & Marijuana Control Office website to see which permit applies to your event. A copy of a completed permit must be submitted to the Challenger Learning Center of Alaska before your event.

Insurance Policy

Corporate events, special events, and events that are open to the public require that you add the Challenger Learning Center of Alaska as an insured on your event insurance. Please check with us to confirm your insurance requirements for your event.
