Teacher Drone Course

The Challenger Learning Center of Alaska has successfully pioneered immersive drone courses for students, providing foundational training in unmanned aerial vehicle operations and preparing them for future certification under Part 107 when eligible. Building on this success, we are thrilled to introduce a new initiative tailored for schools and educators.

Launching in 2024, our hybrid train-the-trainer program is designed to assist educators in obtaining their Part 107 license. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to acquire our comprehensive classroom drone curriculum, complete with guidance on effective delivery methods to students. This program will be available during specific times of the year, ensuring dedicated support and resources for all participating educators.
